We don't stop there*. We can negotiate the best price for your new home, as well as saving you time and money by organising your move, from the mortgage and removals to the builders and the cleaners.

The Igloo Process
- We understand what you’re looking for.
- We search lots and lots of homes.
- We’ll view those that match your criteria and you can see the best ones.
- We negotiate the best price and organise everything to get you inside.
- Once you’re in, we can make your new property your home
Step 1: Finding
- We’ll call you, meet you (wherever suits you best), or – if you really don’t want to speak to us – just fill in our online questionnaire.
- Using our in-depth market knowledge and extensive contacts we search lots and lots of properties (even those not yet on the market).
- We view and take pictures of the best properties that most closely match what you want.
- You can then go and view the ones you really like (either on your own or accompanied by one of our team).
- We’ll then produce an independent valuation, property report and area profile for your favourite – just so you know you are getting the right property at the right price in the right location.
Step 2: Moving
- At Igloo, we realise that saving those pennies is important, so we can negotiate the best possible price on your chosen property. We’re good at it.
- We can also organise your mortgage, solicitor and surveyor, book in the removal men, and do whatever we can to get you in more smoothly.
- Remember, the only people you’ll have to speak to is us. Even if you’re a bit too busy for a chat you can login and view your personal moving timeline to see how busy we’ve been, and what there is still left to do.
Step 3: Improving
- Once you’ve bought your new home we can help you settle in. We can set up your utilities, provide change of address cards to tell all your friends and just make the whole process that bit easier.
- If you then fancy a new bathroom or kitchen, or want a whole new extension or loft conversion we know some nice helpful people who can make it happen for you. And because they like us, we can save you some more pennies.
- Even if you just want a jobbing gardener to mow the grass or someone to do the ironing, just let us know and we’d be happy to sort it out.
