We can't find it you don't pay it*
Retaining Fee: Paid to us before we start searching. This £500.00 is then deducted from the success fee (aren't we nice?)
Search Length: 6 months (but we're sure we can find something long before then!)
*If we can't find a property that matches your core requirements within 6 months we will also refund the retainer.
Success Fee: 1.5% + VAT payable on exchange of contracts
For properties under £300,000 we charge a £500 retainer deducted from a fixed £3,000 + VAT success fee
