Meet Eric...
Eric is an ordinary Eskimo, not too different from you or me. He lives up north, way up north.
He works hard every day, trying to catch enough fish to sell and make enough money to move to a larger, more modern Igloo, in a slightly nicer part of town.
The Eskimos have a word for what is required to survive and thrive in the Arctic. It is quinnuituq, meaning 'deep patience.'
Unfortunately, like most of us, Eric doesn't have this. He's busy, stressed, and doesn't like paperwork; he isn't too keen on dealing directly with estate agents and wants to spend as much of his free time doing whatever it is Eskimos do to relax.
We've searched the market upside down and inside out and this is the best of what we've come up with.
