Here are some answers to questions we're always being asked...
1. Are you estate agents?
No. Estate agents work for people selling properties, whereas Find My Igloo only works for people buying.
2. Are you affiliated to any estate agents?
No. We're completely independent. We find there are several property finders who are subsidiaries of estate agents which may produce a conflict of interest.
3. Do you only work with people who want to buy really expensive houses?
No. We deal with people with all budgets; our aim is to provide an affordable service for everyone, making sure we save you money, time and stress.
4. Do you view all potentially suitable properties on my behalf?
Yes. We'll carry out in depth searches of the market and then view all properties that match your criteria. We then give you a written description as well as lots of photographs to help you shortlist which ones you really want to view yourself.
We want to save you from wasting your time by viewing properties that look good on paper, but in reality aren't what you are looking for. We only want you to see properties that we think you would seriously be interested in.
5. Do you have access to properties being marketed by all agents?
Yes most definitely.
Because we do a lot of this, estate agents like dealing with us and we often get access to properties that are not officially listed yet.
6. Does your service guide me through other areas as well as finding me a property?
We can do as much or as little as you want and there will be no pushy salesman trying to sell you services you don't want (or need)!

7. Can you guarantee my confidentiality?
Absolutely! We always ensure confidentiality is kept unless you tell us otherwise.
8. Where do you operate?
Our main area of work is Greater London, but we have plenty of requests from the Home Counties and also Cheshire seems to be another hot spot.
We haven't had to tell anyone we can't help them in any area yet and we aim to keep it like that!
9. How often do I have contact with one of the Igloo team?
You can have as much or as little contact with us as you want.
We understand that people are different, so we always aim to tailor our services specifically to you.
10. What is covered in the initial free consultation?
We really just want to meet with you, let you know what we do and how we can make your life easier.
If you like what you hear, this will be followed by an in depth discussion surrounding your specific needs.
Understanding your exact requirements helps us ensure we are offering you the best service possible.
11. Will you meet me at a location convenient to me?
Absolutely. We understand that you are coming to us to make the whole process of finding, moving or improving your home easier, so we are more than happy to meet you at a location that suits you be it your home, your office or your local coffee shop where we will even buy you a tea or coffee!
12. Will you accompany me on viewings to short listed properties?
If you want us to, we're happy to do so. Again, we recognise that some of our clients will and some won't. It is entirely up to you and if you don't want us to, we promise not to take it personally!
